What I liked

What I like about Culver's is that Culver's is a fast food restaurant that serves fresh food. In addition, the hospitality and Crew Members of Culver's are extremely friendly and welcoming. Culver's really influenced me to become a friendly and professional worker.

What I wish was different

What can be different at Culver's is how every interacts with each other. Friendliness always plays a key role in making customers feel welcomed, and return again to Culver's. I was recently promoted as Hospitality Specialist, and my new position requires me to make guests feel welcomed to Culver's.

Advice

If I have some advice for sharing, I'd share my friendly personality to new and returning employees and guests. In order to separate Culver's from other fast food restaurants, I want to help guests and employees keep the freshness and friendliness at Culver's stabilized. Being friendly always gives people good karma, even special rewards. And I always have a personality in being loyal and friendly to both guests and fellow Crew Members.
