About Curves

Women's 30 minute strength training/cardio effective proven effective in weight loss, decreasing body fat percentage and building bone mass. Numerous classes have been added to the circuit for fitness levels ranging from beginner to advanced.Curves has partnered with the expertise of Jillian Michaels to create many of these classes. At Curves, a coach is always present to ensure proper form and safety thus producing results in a fun, non-competitive format.
