Everyone that I worked with was very welcoming and friendly, and I felt like I was a part of the team from the get-go. I was able to shadow a lot of different areas of the firm at the beginning of my internship experience, which quickly accustomed me to the inner workings of the business.
What I wish was different
I would often finish my tasks quickly, which meant I was left sitting around with little to do. I hope in the future that Commercial Oklahoma will outline their internship program more so that their interns can be contributing more consistently.
Advice
Be open-minded! You are given a lot of freedom in this internship, so make sure you utilize it to the best of your ability and explore all the different areas of what Commercial Oklahoma has to offer.
