What I liked

I enjoyed the really positive + communal atmosphere! I was treated like a regular employee as opposed to just "an intern". The work I was given was actual client work and the feed back on my work was detailed and very helpful in my understanding of the purpose of the work.

What I wish was different

I just wished there could've been more interaction between workers. However, after getting invited back part time, our department started biweekly meetings which I think are a really great way to incorporate feedback, updates as well as opportunity to see other employee work.

Take your time seriously at the internship. Although they don't supervisor, it's on you to make sure you stay on top of your game with work ethic quality. Also don't be afraid to keep asking questions!!!
