It's a really great firm, working atmosphere and environment are friendly and I have learned a lot from my senior about the software skills such as QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, and UltraTax. Also, I learned the fundamental knowledge about tax and the major steps of a tax return.
What I wish was different
Hopefully, the internship could last longer so that I could gain more exposure to tax.
Advice
1, Ask questions when you get confused.
2, Ask for feedback or maybe ask them to review your project with you, right after you finish one.
3, Be openminded and optimistic

Friendly environment, Management made every effort to empower their interns. Software exposure, for instance, QBO and Ultratax.
