Take this job as an opportunity to learn, and to let loose a little in terms of the way you approach things. Be creative, fun, and silly.. show kids that you were once a kid. Obviously stay safe and make sure that your never putting kids in harms way. But it’s okay to joke around and play games and invest time into them. To lastly, lead by example, if you want the kids to play outside.. go play outside too, if you want the kids to clean up... you clean too! Lead by example and show children that you are doing it too.
