What I liked

It was very welcoming of a Poli Sci Major in a technical environment. The company is very small and I got to know everyone on a personal level. There was something new to do everyday and there were company outings that I got to be a part of.

What I wish was different

Because they increased my workload by a lot without warning me I would have appreciated a better pay or a bonus just because it was much more work than I expected going in.

Advice

An internship is very important before going into any career field. It's basically training and they won't expect you to be perfect or know everything. I highly recommend getting an internship for the summer before graduating.
