I liked the openness and how I was able to set my own schedule when it came to working. I figured out what worked for me and by the time I got to the halfway point, I had a pretty solid idea of how to get things done.
What I wish was different
A little more clear management and transparency, it was difficult to know who to context.
Advice
Make sure you have a stable work environment, that really contributes to it.
