It was a very welcoming environment especially during a time of uncertainty with COVID. Everyone was very willing to teach me things about the job and willing to answer my questions
What I wish was different
I wish there was more in person and face to face interaction. However. With COVID it wasn't possible.

Meet as many people from as many different disciplines as possible.
