I liked being able to communicate with each team member openly. I felt like my ideas were valued by DMG. Since the DMG deals with clients of many kinds, each post and event I attended were different- making my work fun and interesting!

Advice
I would say to trust in your abilities and don't feel hesitant to pitch an idea. Every idea may not be used, but that may inspire another idea that can overall help DMG grow as a business while also growing your confidence.

What I liked
This was great experience to learn more about media and marketing within videography. Having this work experience has been so amazing. After only 3 team projects I started to have my own projects and work directly with DMG clients. There is a lot of flexibility with scheduling as I can schedule directly with clients.

What I liked
I got real experience through working first hand with Tucson business owners, developing their social media strategies and working with the DMG team as well as their clients to execute plans that I helped create. The CMO of Digital Media Girl is extremely knowledgable on video production, social media strategies, and is a awesome person to learn from.

Make sure to be on top of your projects, be aware of deadlines, and be professional at all times with the DMG team as well as with their clients.
