What I liked

I made a lot of money. Lots of overtime. The tips are amazing (your wages if you work hard are like $16-$24 per hour. You meet a lot of interesting people! If I had to go back, I would do it again.

What I wish was different

I wish I had learned to early one gas up my car every two days so I always had a full tank. You use your personal car and pay for gas. The other thing I wish I had done from the getgo was bring enough food and water for two meals plus snacks. At the start I only brought one and was often surprised by how many more hours I would work. You will be able to work 10-12 hour days if you are willing to take care of your personal logistics, because your logistics will take care of you. Also, recognize this is fast food. You are expendable, but if you are good enough, you will do awesome.

Advice

You'll get more tips if you shave and keep professional appearance. Many delivery drivers smoke, drink, swear, and those are things that will deprive you of tips. Being a clean shaven, nice, tattoo-less, reliable and service oriented delivery driver will overcome any particular problems you have with the job and with your managers.
