What I liked
I have loved my internship at Dorman so far! It has been an amazing experience getting to learn more regarding the field of Human Resources and how a company works in general. Every contributor at Dorman is extremely supportive and passionate about helping young talent succeed. Dorman's Intern Program during the summer was filled with fun and engaging activities that allowed me to make great connections with my fellow interns and learn important lessons from senior leadership. We also went to a Phillies game during the program and checked in with each other weekly to see how everyone was doing throughout the summer regarding their projects. Overall, Dorman has been a great experience with me and allowed me to grow immensely.
