What I liked

I loved the culture that my team has, and I love all the new changes and projects that we had in the internship. I also loved the company and the different incentives that they have for all employees

What I wish was different

I would love to keep having project management experiences, all though there definitely was some I want to keep diving more into the process of developing markets.

Advice

Listen to what your manager, Team Lead and Supervisor have to say to you because, that is where you will learn the most as well as talk to your fellow co-workers, It is always nice to know that there are people willing to help you out. Don't be afraid of asking questions, it is better to understand the concept clearly than to not really understand it.

What I liked

I like how well they treat their employees and how they really value the customer service representatives. They know how important we are to the face of the company.

What I wish was different

I wish that there were more opportunities to go out for certain positions and raises. There aren't as many as I would have liked.

Advice

I'd say that if you are looking for a stable place with a consistent and flexible schedule, doTERRA is perfect for you. The company values its employees. I would get this job at least for a time while you are in school.

I work in a specific international market that is very busy and stressful at times. I wish sometimes for a more relaxed job.

Working for a rapidly growing company was a lot of fun. They allowed me to grow the LinkedIn platform without too much micromanaging!

I wish the internship didn’t last as long as it did, but I got a job out of it because I stuck with it for months after the original 3 month agreement.

Roll with the punches, be innovative, and work your butt off.
