I gain experience working with women in the shelter through interpersonal skills, empathy and relationship skills, and pushed education as a means to grow.
What I wish was different
I wish I would’ve gotten more experience with other women in the shelter that weren’t as active.

This is a position that is low maintenance and creates an environment of ongoing learning.
