I like the part that I got to learn new things. I got exposed with bash script, python script and some data structures
What I wish was different
I wish I can get more involved in deeper levels of it. Because I’m not experienced in data analysis yet so I couldn’t have a deeper look at what the data meant
Advice
Go talk to your professors and other friends that have experience with the tools. Self-learning is important too

Flexible hours, extremely challenging and interesting research work. Lot's of independence.
What I wish was different
Nothing really. It's the exact kind of research co-op I was looking for.
Advice
When it comes to research, perseverance is key. Problems are hard and it may take lots of time to work through some things. Having the perseverance to continue on and not get discouraged is essential.
