I liked that I got to interact with all the departments within the company and was able to learn not only from my department, but from them as well.
What I wish was different
In the summer, the fiscal year is coming to an end, so everything is slowly down. The Department of Event Services didn't have many events occurring in the summer, which was difficult getting hands on experience managing performances.
Advice
Take full advantage of your internship. Go beyond the expectation your employer has for you, it will show your dedication to learning and investment to the company.
