Our primary activity is providing advice and mentorship to anyone, anywhere, on any field. Right now this mostly means career and job search advice and mental health help, because that's something where a little help can go a long way and where we have a lot of mentors willing to help.
We also post instructional articles for the website, for people who would rather have a numbered list than talk it over with a human. Secondary projects include coordinating our mentors to brainstorm solutions to larger-scale problems.
If this sounds like an interesting idea but you're more interested in your own subject matter area, there is a lot of flexibility to start new subject matter teams and expand what Dweebs does!
