The work atmosphere, the variation of projects, flexibility in work location, the work was meaningful, and the amount of self-agency I was given to create, implement, and lead the project.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to commit to the organization. Taking 3 classes as a requirement was difficult. I also wish I had at times another person to work on the project with.
