EM helps its clients pay for environmental clean up by using historical insurance assets. Our core business is assisting policyholders in recovering money from their insurance carriers. Our business involves preparing and negotiating claims regarding environmental contamination, but may include other types of insurance claims as well. We are also working on a number of potential claims for restitution of art works improperly taken by the Nazis during World War II.
