I really enjoyed the environment of UPMC Park and the interaction and relationship that i built with many of the season ticket holders and the fans. I also enjoyed getting to learn how to use the different ticketing systems and 50/50 raffle systems.
What I wish was different
I would have loved for the internship and the baseball season to have been longer.
Advice
Try new things, positions, and always be open to help out anywhere in the ballpark. Gaining experience in different places can enhance your experience and make you a more well-rounded individual.
