What I liked

figuring out how to do scheduling and doing interviews for hiring. being a person my coworkers could rely on to help in a bad situation, they would ask me to deal with a rude/mean guest and I enjoyed defending them

What I wish was different

had some employees just walk out of the job without notice and really screw up plans coworkers and I had to the rest of the week

Advice

be there for your employees and coworkers, defending them and sticking up for them against rude guests and they will be fine going the extra mile for you.
