Wish there were better hours. I took the 4am shift, but at least it paid well.

collaborating, lifting several smaller, lighter packages at a time

What I wish was different

greater fraction of packages less than 50 pounds, shift ends before midnight more often, not have to work alone if packages are 50 or more pounds

Advice

observing more experienced colleages can help less experienced ones improve more quickly, enabling them to work more efficiently
