The close-knit environment. Since it was a smaller company, you get to try all aspects of the engineering design process and your name gets to go on documents that show everyone the work you did.
What I wish was different
COVID 19 put a damper on the collective mood of everyone and I received cut hours so I wish that was different

Always, always, ALWAYS ask questions. Everyone wants to help you succeed but they can't do that if they don't know what you're struggling with.
