What I liked
During school, I worked part time hours and full time hours during breaks/summer. In the bakery department, their work culture has teamwork virtues. Picking up after another but also holding them accountable as well. What I liked the most was taking on new responsibilities. I was a packager and I volunteered to become the part time donut ice, who starts at 2 am-10 am. It’s independent work so all that you do is on you, which is nice because you can be proud of the work you’ve done.
