What I liked

I loved the company and atmosphere. Not only did I work and learn skills to use as I am a working member of society, I was able to see how Fidelity reaches out to the community. Seeing how involved and invested they are in the community, the employees and it’s members, I enjoyed the whole experience. I was able to network and get a glimpse into what the banking system is like. There was so much more than I thought, which was refreshing and very informative.

What I wish was different

There was not a whole lot to change. I would want to see a little bit of the Marketing side to the business, since I am a Marketing major. Maybe if we are able to branch out a little in the business and see our field at work, if we are not in the specific internship to our degree.

Advice

Really just be ready to learn. Personally, the job was not too challenging, but it was nice to have a routine daily, but a little variety in the work load. Also bring a jacket, it gets a little chilly in the office :)
