The people that I work with are extremely friendly and easy to get along with. I love how well Fidelity takes care of their employees and manages their company.

Advice
I would advise people to shoot for the most success they can. I had originally applied for a teller position and later thought I would take a shot at trying to get a funding position being that is much more useful for my degree and just about everything else.
