What I liked

It's a very laid back environment and easy to catch on kind of job. The employer is friendly, and scheduling is flexible.

What I wish was different

My employer can be a little bit cheap. There was one time during the summer where I was shorted overtime pay, and it took a long time before I got any kind of substantial raise from working here.

Advice

Always work your hardest, always be prepared to do the worst job cheerfully, and always put yourself last. When you keep that kind of attitude in work you ignore petty drama and show management that you're capable of getting the job done without causing internal problems. That's how I got boosted to management quickly, employers notice that kind of stuff!
