What I liked
This is a great place to work! I loved the people I got to work with at Fireside. Being a smaller business, I was able to know and build relationships with all of my coworkers, including the owner, Tim. Fireside has a collaborative culture where I was able to contribute to the growth of the business and feel like my voice mattered. Fireside allowed me to work full time while I was still in school so I was able to get real world experience while continuing my education. Also, Fireside allowed me to get a wide variety of accounting experience and responsibilities such as tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, sales tax, and so on. My experience working here developed my accounting knowledge and skills which also increased my confidence in myself.
