The people I worked with, also the effort our boss put in to know he cared for his employees.
What I wish was different
I wish I had less hours, but I wasn't sure if I could've asked for that considering how much work had to be done.
Advice
Engage with people throughout the day. Manual labor in general gives you the opportunity to talk with those around you, which makes the work not even feel like work!
