My internship at FIBT consisted of really great exposure to not only the Mortgage department I worked in but also other departments. This is a great way for any student to "get your foot in the door" into corporate America. Being a full service bank, FIBT really provides opportunities and resources for employees to succeed.

What I liked
First International Bank & Trust is a great employer to work for! They are very flexible with each student's schedule and want each intern's number one focus to be on their schoolwork. FIBT has given me opportunities to grow both personally and professionally, not only in HR, but in other departments that I am interested in. I would recommend FIBT to any job seeker for both internships and career positions.
