It was so fun to work closely with children, and the work environment was wonderful and fun.
What I wish was different
COVID made in-person summer camp difficult, but we certainly prioritized health and safety. I wish I had been able to work at the camp earlier in the summer but I was unavailable.
Advice
Pay attention to individual children's needs! They'll be grateful for your care, and they'll respond better to your guidance when you personalize their camp experience and get to know them on a one-on-one level.
