Opportunities are endless when in the Training Program. I was able to shadow several departments during my rotation that allowed me to get a better understanding of where I wanted to be placed after the program.

Advice

Always say yes. If you are offered to be on a project or help out a specific department, say yes. Getting your name out there is important and can help you in the long run.

What I liked

The Rotational Trainee Program is a wonderful opportunity for any recent college graduate or someone who is looking to change careers. During the program, you are given the chance to spend time in many different departments throughout the company, including sales, operations, customer service, and the showroom. It is an overall great experience!

First Supply's Rotational Trainee Program provides you with the opportunity to experience multiple aspects of a business by rotating you through three key areas within the company. You gain a perspective on how the business operates as a whole by moving through these different departments and learning how each plays a role in making the company profitable. This program is a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in customer service, operations or management!
