More downtime, and longer breaks. It is hard to stay on your feet for 4 hours at a time with 10-30 minute breaks depending on how much you work
Advice
Be ready to work hard, but with a good group of workers. It will be a fun experience and make you appreciate fast-food workers a lot more. As it is harder and more stressful than you would imagine.
