FK gives you a lot of different experience by sending you to various job sites. I got to do sewer inspections, supervise construction crews, and observe tunneling projects. The office atmosphere is open and friendly, with a lot of team-building events.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had been given more direction on what was expected of me. I was often sent to job sites that I didn't have any knowledge of, so I wasn't sure how to direct the contractors.
