What I liked

I liked the teamwork within the company. The process of being trained was great and quickly made me capable of accomplishing tasks on my own. I received frequent raises and always felt appreciated as an employee. There were various company gatherings outside of work such as Lake Powell trips that were really fun.

What I wish was different

More consistent hours. There were extremely busy weeks while others did not give me enough hours.

Advice

Work hard and do good professional work and you will be greatly rewarded.

What I liked

I liked working in a team environment, being paid well, being given opportunities for leadership and growth within the company, learning many new skills, attending fun outings with the company such as trips to Lake Powell, and making good friends. I also started off with very little experience and they trained me to be able to do everything on my own. I also liked how they worked with my school schedule.

What I wish was different

The occasional tight scheduling made it stressful to get jobs done. I wish that I would have had more help from coworkers instead of been given so much to do by myself.

Advice

Be prepared to work hard and have the desire to learn new skills. There are a lot of positions that this company offers and they will let you choose which area you want to specialize in as you gain experience and commitment to the team.
