I liked the connection between the managers and the interns. I also liked how I was free to be as creative as I wanted with content.
What I wish was different
I wish I was in person and not remote but due to covid the circumstances were different this summer.
Advice
I would say to push your boundaries and step out of your comfort zone. It is a paddle board company so a way to get more familiar with the products I was selling I took a board out with the owner one day. I had never been before so it was a totally new experience.
