I love the family feel the office has. Everyone is friendly with a smile on their face and everyone is willing to help. No one looks at you like you're dumb when you ask a question and the everyone congratulates each other on milestones instead of everything being a competition to advance. Everyone wants to see other people advance and will do anything to help that happen.
