I enjoyed learning how to manage and create ad displays on multiple platforms, and being able to learn firsthand how to control and target marketed audiences.
What I wish was different
While I spent some time this summer learning about how SEO and SEM works, my internship focused primarily on working with clients on ad development. I would be interested in continuing my SEO and SEM education.
Advice
I would encourage others who may partake in an internship such as this to take advantage of any offered workshops or trainings, as they both improve your performance in the office and also help to broaden your knowledge of the quickly evolving field.
