Construction has a very weird time schedule and it was difficult to adjust. If you are gonna try this make sure you are a night person or are good with computers.

What I liked
The work was hands on, the people were great, and the company values were hard to compete with!
What I wish was different
I wish I had done more to stay in touch with those I worked with and met. The networking potential within a company is hard to beat.
Advice
This company is new to Texas so it was not as well known as many others at career fair. Due to this bot as many people spoke with the recruiters. Just because the company name isn't something people immediately recognize now doesn't mean they won't recognize it in 5 or 10 years.
