Everything. Literally everything. The people were what made the job truly amazing however; such wonderful mentors who were so passionate about the company and its missions. I made lifelong friends there, and learned what goes into making a start-up become successful.

What? Nothing at all.
Advice
Don't be afraid to innovate, think out of the box, and offer suggestions. A good job like this one will have people who will celebrate your projects and help you bring them to fruition.
