I liked that I was able to gain experience as medical assistant and treat the underserved population of San Jose. I like that I was able to meet and work closely with physician assistants since I aspire to be a physician assistant in the future.
What I wish was different
Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the patients because many did not speak English well. I wish I was able to remember the Spanish I learned from high school since I took three years of Spanish.
Advice
This company provides many opportunities though volunteering to gain experience in the healthcare filed.
