Loved getting to interact with customers and coworkers in a fast paced setting.
What I wish was different
I wish the owner would have run the place more efficiently. He lived in Georgia and didn't visit very frequently. Eventually sales declined, and they had to shut the place down this summer.
Advice
Everyone should gain experience working in a restaurant at some point or another! I gained so many new skills and appreciations.
