What I wish was different
When I first started there was was a lot of turnover in the managerial position. But that worked itself out and the current manager made us a team and knew how to utilize all of our strengths.
Advice
Get ready to get dirty and face the elements! There is a lot of manual work to be done on a nursery! Being flexible and confident in your knowledge to move from one task to another and also be available to customers.
