I enjoyed working with all aspects of the company. Specifically getting to meet new people almost everyday. Along with getting to experience draft events first hand and creating relationships with different personnel within the company.
What I wish was different
I wish that some of the work would have been more engaging and consistent. There were some times when there was a lack of work for me to complete. But this did offer me an opportunity to learn how to find work and stay busy while on the job.
Advice
Go into the experience willing to make and build relationships. Similarly, hard work goes a long way and people will notice even if they do not mention it, everybody respects a hard worker.
