Creating fun activities for the kids and seeing how much they enjoyed them. Also getting to be outside most of the day and enjoy the sunlight. Good hours for the summer too, can be part time or full time.
What I wish was different
Some field trips could have gone smoother. Having parents be accountable for their children acting out and being disrespectful to staff.
