Starting in 1978, Friendship Home’s history spans 40 years with our first permanent home in the summer of 1985. To meet the needs of domestic violence victims and their children, Friendship Home’s current facilities have expanded shelter options including transitional housing and single family shelters.
Friendship Home exists to support, shelter and advocate for victims of domestic violence and their children. Through emergency shelter, transitional housing and crisis services, Friendship Home helps victims gain insight into their trauma and guides them to use their strengths to rebuild their lives.
