I love getting to interact with the residents. It's nice to see the same people everyday because I've gotten to develop meaningful connections with the place the residents call home.
What I wish was different
It would be nice to get to choose how the employees are divided between restaurants because we are the ones who know best each co-workers work ability.
Advice
You have to be patient and enjoy being around the elderly, because if you don't a job like this is not one for you.
