What I liked
The work was challenging and engaging, the culture was also very forward and focused on productivity while still maintaining an understanding and empathy for employees

Advice
Everyone at the company is very open minded and willing to listen regardless of your position. If you have a good idea don't be afraid to speak out. If there's a topic you're passionate about don't hesitate to try and incorporate that into your personal work.
