What I liked

It was a great working environment for someone who is interested in leadership and mentoring. Frost Valley is a very safe working space that only supports growth and enhancement of one's strengths and weaknesses.

What I wish was different

I don't wish anything was different, but it is a very chaotic working environment since it is based at a sleep away camp. You have to be prepared for all sorts of situations that training doesn't necessarily prepare you for, due to the circumstance of any situation being possible. If you are interested in this, just be prepared for the unexpected. With that being said, the unexpected was my favorite part and they were usually moments where I experienced a lot of growth.

Advice

Don't forget you have room for growth, too, as a leader. All the staff I was looking over each taught me something different this summer. In the end, I feel it created a community with more trust and open communication.
