What I liked

It’s been a great experience. I have been able to do a handful of different tasks and my boss really encourages me to think outside of the box which constantly helps me think of ways to add value to my position and to the company. I have learned a lot about the role that Human Resources has a company which has helped me realize what it takes to be a Human Resources director in the future.

Advice

Don’t be afraid to ask questions! If you are asked to review something (document, article, data), if something looks off or different, point it out, it could be something important that you helped catch. Always looks for ways to add value to your work, do one step above what you are asked to do, it makes an impression too!
